He holds a BE in Electronics and Communication and has worked extensively in the telecommunication sector, gaining hands-on experience in improving connectivity in remote and underserved areas. A creative thinker, he also works as a UX/UI designer, focusing on simple and impactful digital solutions. As an amateur radio hobbyist, he actively explores communication technologies and emergency communication systems. With his technical expertise, real-world experience, and passion for service, Devisingh aims to bring innovation, better connectivity, and transparent development throughout the Karnali region.
