Winning First Prize in CW Fox Hunting 2025
Organized by Nepal Amateur Radio Club
November 22, 2025

I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the CW Fox Hunting 2025 competition, organized by the Nepal Amateur Radio Club. It was an amazing experience connecting with fellow amateur radio enthusiasts from across Nepal and putting my Morse code (CW) skills to the test.
The challenge involved locating hidden transmitters, known as “foxes,” using CW signals. I had to combine my technical knowledge, speed, and precision to find the foxes in the shortest possible time. The competition pushed my skills and taught me the importance of teamwork and strategic thinking.
🏆 I am proud to share that I won the first prize for my performance in Morse code communication and radio navigation. It was an honor to receive recognition from the organizing committee and my fellow participants.
CW Fox Hunting is not only fun but also an excellent way to strengthen amateur radio skills, promote safe and responsible radio use, and connect radio enthusiasts across the country. I’m grateful to the Nepal Amateur Radio Club for organizing this event and look forward to more opportunities to challenge myself and inspire others in the amateur radio community.
